Something to think about!

 

It's this time of year when people start to drop off and do less and less exercise with the festivities coming in a few weeks people get into the Christmas mood earlier and earlier!

Here's some food for thought:

 

By reducing one-two training sessions per week you could be adding up to a pound of fat on to your body.

You will start to feel sluggish and tired a lot.

It's only 5 weeks until Christmas and then another week until the new year.

Think of the lack of activity, plus the extra eating we tend to do over Christmas and you could see yourself putting on a stone if you're not careful.

If, like me, you may know that the more you yo yo in weight, the harder it is to get it off!

Don't let this time of year ruin all your hard work over the year, own your body! Put in nutritious foods and train hard, go for a run to clear the head and get that feel good factor back.

Make sure you feel like the Christmas cracker this year, not the Christmas pudding!
